The sparkling pool
at the rear of the property has a 30 foot length and
15 foot width. It is surrounded by a very large non-slip
and covered pool 'deck' area. The 'lanai' or undercover
porch has a table, chairs and sun loungers for your
enjoyment and there are pool toys available for the
children. The pool has solar heating but if you require
extra heating during the winter months it can be arranged.
There are no other Villas overlooking the rear of the
property and you will enjoy uninterrupted sunbathing.The
property is surrounded my manicured gardens to the front
and back. The Villa also now has a Games Room which
boasts a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Football Table, and
a Full size Table Tennis Table. |
