The master bedroom is overlooking the pool area and
has king size bed with large en suite, the other en-suite
bedroom has a queen size bed. The other three bedrooms
comprise of a queen and two rooms with twin beds.
All bedrooms have TV’s and there has now been
added a computer with internet connection all free
to use. The children's play area has TV, playstation
2, VCR, bean bags, desk, books everything to keep
either the young or teenagers happy. The Games Room
has a pool table, airhockey and dart board.

Hampton Lakes is a prestigious estate with communal
floodlit tennis, basket ball, sand court, children's
playground, large communal pool for the serious swimmer
with cabana all free to use. Also there are lakes
to walk around should you just want a stroll. We are
close to the I4 so if it is Disney or Busch Gardens
they are easily accessible. Disney being 10-15 mins
Busch Gardens being 50-60 mins. Shops and restaurants
are close by. There are ample Golf courses within
a couple of minutes. Should you want to go fishing
there are many lakes close by.
