CD's and video films for your enjoyment, and especially
for the children (young and old) a Playstation with
games. The house is fully air conditioned and ceiling
fans have been fitted in the living room and master
bedroom for additional comfort. The villa also has
a fantastic games room consisting of pool table, football
(foosball) table, shuffleboard, dartboard with safety
darts and seating

At the rear of the house there is a fully screened
swimming pool with plenty of decking for sunbathing.
The pool faces south allowing you to make the most
of the Florida sunshine throughout the year but also
has a shaded lanai area for the times when you need
a break from the sun. We have luxurious padded patio
chairs and reclining sun loungers. We have even thought
about the children and have provided two child size
chairs as well. When the sun goes down outside the
underwater lighting allows you to continue enjoying
the pool and patio area.
