The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large nook area with a breakfast table. Microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and disposal are all here. In addition to these appliances there is a TV, DVD, VCR, CD and Sony Playstation, in the lounge, as well as cable TV's in all the bedrooms. The washer and dryer are in the garage, which has recently been transformed into a large games room with electronic basketball game, pool table, darts board, golf green, and children’s play table with many box games to suit all ages.

Through the alarmed sliding glass doors from the living room, you exit out to the luxurious pool and patio area. The backyard is private and the combination pool and spa are screen enclosed. If the jets are not running, the spa is designed to double as a kiddie’s pool. The patio gets great sun exposure, and there is plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers to help you soak up the sun. For guests convenience you can make free unlimited calls to local/national/international/mobile phones during your stay. There is also a new computer with free internet access.
