situated on a corner plot in the quiet residential resort
of Rolling Hills overlooking a beautiful lake. The villa
is one the closest private rented villa to Disney. There
are 5 restaurants; a supermarket, a variety of shops
and a new in 2007 Jungle Golf experience only a 3 minute
drive away. Kissimmee Old Town and Celebration are just
6 minutes drive away.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the lounge and
dining area, there is a breakfast bar for casual eating
plus an extending dining table that seats 8 guests
for a more formal meal should you require. All our
bedrooms have TV’s plus a VCR in one twin room
and a Playstation in the twin Disney themed room.
The two master King Bed rooms are en-suite, one with
shower and one with shower over bath. Master bedroom
two also has doors leading on to the pool deck, all
bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. The villa is of course
air conditioned/heated plus ceiling fans in main rooms
for extra comfort. All linen and towels are provided
plus all local telephone calls are free.

The villa has its own west facing private enclosed
pool (sun right up to sunset) with a lanai (undercover
area) just in case you wish to be out of the heat
for a while. Inside there is a light and airy lounge
with doors leading on to the pool deck, three sofas
provide comfortable seating to relax or just watch
the up to date(60 plus channels) TV/Video and DVD
player. Theme parks, Golfing, Beaches and fabulous
shopping are all in easy reach of our Florida home,
just bring a toothbrush for a fabulous holiday.
